Beijing World Financial Centre (wfc) successfully held "Spring Day" Live House, a series activities carried out from 12 to 25 May, 2023. Under three themes of “Heat Wave, Whirlpool, and Music Haven”, the event showcased the diverse emotional experiences of urban dwellers, fostering a richly artistic atmosphere and transforming traditional work spaces. From a drama improv workshop, African drum dances, and tufting workshops to a poetry club and flower crown activity, the event fostered a deep sense of community engagement through “Henderson Touch App”, revitalizing the commercial space and contributing to a vibrant work environment.

This annual activity links Henderson Land Group properties in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, aiming to meet the urban populace’s pursuit of high-quality social, entertainment and lifestyle experiences. With a focus on avant-garde music, street art, fashion, theatre and other diverse art forms, wfc is presenting a captivating immersive journey for both tenants and the public. It pushes the boundaries of traditional concepts of work-life synergy to offer both joy and excitement in all areas of life.
