Founded in 1976 and listed in Hong Kong since 1981, Henderson Land is a leading property group with a focus on Hong Kong and mainland China. Since 1980s, Henderson Land has established strong property development credentials in various cities in mainland China.

The Group’s businesses comprise property development and property investment. It also has direct interests in a listed subsidiary, Henderson Investment Limited, and 3 listed associates, including The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (which in turn has equity stakes in a listed subsidiary, Towngas China Company Limited), Hong Kong Ferry (Holdings) Company Limited, and Miramar Hotel and Investment Company, Limited.

Over the years, Henderson Land has created high quality city landmarks, such as the International Finance Centre Complex in Hong Kong and World Financial Centre in Beijing designed by renowned architect Cesar Pelli, Henderson Metropolitan and Henderson 688 in Shanghai designed by internationally renowned Japanese architect Tange Associates. In addition, the Group has also launched the Lumina Collection in mainland China with two major commercial developments, Lumina Guangzhou located in Yuexiu District and Lumina Shanghai located in Xuhui Riverside District.
