The long-expected activities of Intangible Cultural Heritage Walks into wfc were officially launched in Beijing’s World Financial Centre in August 6th, 2019. It presented Mechanical Manuscripts • Huang Jiancheng’s Public Art Exhibition which is one of the only three exhibitions Mr. Huang will hold worldwide. This exhibition is one of the public art series of Beijing World Financial Centre, the first stop of artist Huang Jiancheng' s domestic exhibition and the second stop of his global exhibition program. After the exhibition, Atrium Work "The East, West, North, South and the Middle" will be collected permanently in Shanghai Expo Museum.

All the textile machines in the work "Loom Weaving-Loom Weaves Loom Series" belong to the intangible cultural heritage of China. The color threads which are of tens of thousands of meters length in the work mean various connections between people and things in the world. They also symbolize the endless reproduction of things and close connection of all things in the world. 

This public art exhibition is the first intangible cultural heritage activity in Beijing CBD business circle. It demonstrates the exploration and pursuit of wfc in arts, as well as the efforts and contributions it has made to protect intangible cultural heritage in China. wfc has also been committed to creating space experience value and service value for tenants, so that office tenants can also feel art at close distance when they are at work. 

Been adhering to the service concept of happy work and wonderful life, wfc has also set up a month-long intangible Heritage work of arts DIY activities for tenants. These weekly DIY activities of different themes enable tenants to feel the craftsmanship spirit of intangible cultural heritage, combine traditional national skills with objects in modern life. The tenants can personally experience the vastness and exquisiteness of China's intangible cultural heritage. In the gap between intense work, it creates a way for tenants to relax. 

wfc has also invited teachers and students from blind schools to participate in the DIY event, so that students from these schools can have a meaningful summer vacation. wfc would invite students from blind schools to participate in meaningful charity activities and donates funds to the schools to improve the students’ quality of life. It is wfc's active participation in public welfare and corporate social values. 

The tenants' enthusiastic participation in this event gives wfc great encouragement and support and support. wfc will provide more wonderful activities to create a more comfortable working environment for tenants.
